Lace up your sneakers and join your family and friends for the 5K & 1K Rockford Run! Come on out and get healthy with your family while supporting the Rockford Education Foundation. The Foundation supports Rockford Area Schools by providing grants to teachers for classroom materials and projects. Come for the run and then stay for one of many service projects for Thousand Hearts Crow River Serve Day!
